What are the benefits of active membership in the LGA?
Paid members may use the main beach, use the second beach and store small boats there, and use the playground. Active members also receive alerts and news by email (i.e. pond water test results.)
When are the meetings?
The LGA holds four, brief meetings a year, with the dates posted to the right. Each property represented at the meetings has one vote on all business matters.
How much is a membership?
The membership is $30 a year per parcel owned. A $5 late fee will be charged if paid after July 4th.
